iPhone Built-in Macro Lens and an added-on macro lens, which one you like most?

Here are 2 pictures taken with iPhone 14 Pro max.

2 questions:

Which one you like most?

Which one was from iPhone built-in macro lens?

You can click the picture to check the details.

Personally, I like macro pictures with  its emphasis on detail, pattern, and texture. What contribute to the picture can show you that?

I guess 1 of the most important elements is the blurred background.

A blurred background pull you from distraction, you can just focus on the things you would like to show.

it is not like taking a picture or a picture of microscope. We are not to show the everything, not to show the facts. To show people the entire things is not on the list. I guess.

I used OUR 1.1X-2.8X zoomable macro lens to take the first picture of the 2 above.

You may use it with an custom cover for iPhone

Secrets to use an Add-on Macro Lens with your iPhone and iOS 15.1

If you are using an iPhone, say 1iPhone 13, and with iOS 15.0,
and you are a macro Photography lover.

Then you will find you have no way to use the add-on macro lens.

The one choice is to use the built-in macro lens as each time you lean the phone to the phone, you will find your iPhone will smartly turn the camera from ultra-wide angle mode to the macro mode.

There is not other way you can do.
What you can do?

have an finger to block the macro lens, then you can have.

Definitely that Apple also found such draw-back, so in iOS 15.1, they have a new function. You can have the Auto Macro OFF, then you can have your macro photography as normal as before...

Here is the path: Settings==> Camera = Auto Macro

Now you are set!

For beautiful macro photography, you may use our macro lens.
We have 2 types of Macro Lenses.

Both Macro Lenses are with customized covers for iPhone and universal clip for smartphones and iPhone too.

Enjoy your Macro Photography!

Find difficulties to take Macro Pictures with your iPhone?

If you got difficulties to take macro pictures with your iPhone, then you may turn off the AUTO MACRO and use the built-in ultra wide angle lens to take macro pictures.

In iOS 15.1, it allows you to turn off the auto macro.

(Path: Settings=>Camera==>at the bottom, you will find. )

Sounds crazy, but macro pictures from an add-on macro lens is always better than the built-in macro lens.
